NEW DELHI: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) Odisha has declared the Class 12 arts stream results for over two lakh students today, June 8. The Odisha board 12th result link is available now. Students will be able to check and download the CHSE Odisha 12th arts result 2023 at the official websites -- orissaresults.nic.in and chseodisha.nic.in. To access the Odisha CHSE arts result, candidates will require their roll numbers and registration numbers.

The CHSE +2 science and commerce results have already been declared on May 31. The overall pass percentage this year is 84.93% in science and 81.12% in commerce.
The Odisha board Class 12th CHSE arts digital marksheets could be downloaded from today, hard copies supporting the Odisha board Class 12 arts results will be provided by the schools later.
Last year, the CHSE 12th result was announced on August 22 and the overall pass percentage of Odisha +2 arts students stood at 82.10%.

Balasore district recorded the highest pass percentage whereas Nawarangapur recorded the lowest in this year's Class 12 board exams 2023.
Instant exam notification will be available on June 13 for those students who are eligible and have passed with aggregate marks but failed in one subject.

A total of 32,782 students passed with first division while 32,461 secured second division in Odisha 12th result 2023 arts. 1,16,179 students got the third division this year.

Girl students recorded a pass percentage of 85.66% whereas 70.43% boys passed in Odisha Class 12 exams 2023.
A total of 1,81,869 students passed in Odisha Board Class 12 exams 2023 for arts stream. Last year, 1.71 lakh students had passed the exam.
The Odisha Board has declared 12th arts result 2023 and the overall pass percentage stands at 78.88%.
67.48% students passed in Odisha vocational studies exams this year. The pass percentae of boys stands at 64.23% while girls recorded 71.10%.

The Delhi University has added a paper on Veer Savarkar dedicated to the life and works of Vinayak Damodar Savarkar to the BA Political Science syllabus. Odisha Class 12 students of arts stream who pass exams can seek admission to arts programmes such as BA (Honours) English, BA (Honours) Hindi, BA (Honours) History offered by various universities such as Delhi University, JNU, Jamia Millia Islamia and more which give admission through CUET UG exam.
Last year, 1.71 lakh students were declared pass in Class 12 exams for arts stream. A total of 2.13 lakh students had appeared for the exams.
The number of candidates who appeared for Odisha Class 12 exams has increased from 2.13 lakh to 2.19 lakh this year. A total of 2,19,110 students wrote exam.
Last year, a total of 62,734 students passed with first division while 41,193 passed with the second division. 67,341 students got third division last year.
The overall pass percentage of girls was 87.45% while boys had recorded 75.08% last year in Odisha Class 12 arts exams.
The Odisha chief minister Naveen Patnaik okayed the proposal of upgrading Vikram Deb Autonomous College into a university and gave it university status. The college will be known as Vikram Deb University now.

A total of 92,950 students appeared in the Odisha Class 12 exams including 90,679 regular and 2,271 ex-regular students.
In the Class 12 board exams of 2023, every student must secure a minimum of 33 percent marks in each subject as well as in the overall aggregate to pass. Students who do not meet the passing criteria will be required to appear for supplementary or improvement exams.
