CLAT admit card 2024 out at consortiumofnlus.ac.in; exam day guidelines issued

NEW DELHI: Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has issued the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT 2024) admit card. Candidates who have registered for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) law entrance examination will be able to download the CLAT UG, PG admit card from the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The consortium will conduct both CLAT UG 2024 and CLAT PG 2024 exam on December 3. Admission in 22 NLUs and other participating institutes will be done through CLAT score. Delhi University will also admit students to its newly introduced 5-year law programme based on the CLAT score 2024.

As per the exam day guidelines, candidates will have to carry the CLAT admit card to the exam centre for verification purposes. They will be permitted to enter the exam centre premises from 1 pm onwards and will be seated at their respective seats by 1:30 pm.

Once entered, the aspirants will not be allowed to leave the examination hall before 4 pm. Also, they will be allowed entry after 2.15 pm. The CLAT exam will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours.

The CLAT question booklet consists of 120 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and blank pages for rough work. No additional sheets will be provided for rough work.

Candidates will have to answer all questions in the OMR sheet using black or blue ball-point pen.

“The use of any unfair means during the test shall result in the candidate’s disqualification. Possession of electronic devices including mobile phones, headphones and digital watches is strictly prohibited in the test centre premises. Impersonation or any other fraudulent practice during the test may amount to criminal offence, and will lead to candidate’s disqualification,” the consortium warned.

Candidates will, however, be allowed to carry the necessary documents, pen, water bottle and an analogue watch.
