NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court will hear the petitions challenging the Common Law Admission Test - Postgraduate (CLAT PG) result 2025. A division bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela would probably be hearing the CLAT PG petitions.
During the last CLAT 2025 hearing, the judges took up the CLAT UG matter first and expressed their intention to complete the hearing at the earliest. The Delhi High Court reserved the UG verdict.
The Supreme Court transferred the CLAT 2025 cases pending in various high courts to the Delhi HC after receiving requests from both the petitioners and the respondents.
While hearing a plea against CLAT PG answer key 2025 and passing an interim order, the Madhya Pradesh (MP) High Court had said that CLAT PG 2025 results will be subject to the outcome of the ongoing case. The petitioners had challenged the results in the top court first which asked them to approach the high court.
Two candidates moved the apex court against the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) for alleged errors in the CLAT PG 2025 provisional answer key. The aspirants sought a stay on CLAT PG results 2025 and CLAT PG counselling 2025 until an error-free answer key is issued.
The petitioners questioned the one-day window and Rs 1,000 objection fee to challenge the CLAT PG answer key 2025.
CLAT 2025 final answer key was released on December 8 and eight questions were modified. The consortium declared the CLAT 2025 result on December 10 and two female candidates grabbed the top two ranks.
CLAT PG 2025 was held on December 1 in a single shift from 2 pm to 4 pm for admissions to postgraduate law programmes.
