COMEDK UGET Counselling 2026: BTech choice filling last date extended till July 24

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has extended the last date for Bachelor of Technology (BTech) choice filling under Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) 2026 counselling. Eligible candidates can now fill, edit and lock their preferred colleges and courses through the official counselling website at comedk.org by July 24.

Candidates participating in the COMEDK UGET counselling 2026 are advised to review their preferences carefully before submitting the final choices. The COMEDK seat allotment result date 2026 for round 1 will be announced soon.

Earlier, COMEDK conducted the UGET mock choice filling process from July 11 to 13, followed by the declaration of the mock seat allotment on July 14. Candidates were initially allowed to edit their preferences from July 14 to July 16.

Steps to complete the COMEDK UGET choice filling 2026

The below given steps will help candidates to complete the COMEDK 2026 choice filling process:

• Go to the official COMEDK website at comedk.org
• Log in using the application SEQ number/user ID and password.
• Open the COMEDK round 1 choice filling 2026 link.
• Select the preferred colleges and BTech branches in the desired order.
• Save the preferences and submit.
• Download and keep a copy of the submitted choices for future reference.

Candidates are advised to arrange their preferred college and branch carefully, as the COMEDK UGET seat allotment 2026 will be based on the candidate's rank, category, seat availability and order of choices submitted.

The COMEDK UGET 2026 counselling process is conducted online for admissions to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by participating private engineering colleges in Karnataka.
