NEW DELHI: The Human Resource Development minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ will conduct an “exclusive webinar” for the teachers on May 14 at 12 Noon.

On Saturday, the minister announced the details of the live session through his official twitter handle.

“I have always had a special place for teachers in my heart and hence I am very excited to announce my next webinar exclusively for teachers on 14th May at 12 noon,” he wrote.

Pokhriyal urged the teachers to send queries and suggestions which will be addressed in the live session. All questions can be posted on social media with the hashtag #EducationMinisterGoesLive.

Pokhriyal has already conducted a special webinar for parents followed by a session with students where academic affairs and students issues were extensively discussed.

Earlier, the minister also announced most awaited dates of Joint Entrance Exam, or JEE, and National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam, or NEET, in the live session.

Connecting with educators

Since all educational institutes have been closed down due to the ongoing lockdown, all academic activities have been put on hold.

A majority of the schools and colleges have shifted to the online mode of classes. Teachers and students have been facing multiple issues while attending and conducting such online lessons.

Through this webinar, the minister will take up questions from teachers from across the country.
