CPPNET 2021 application form released; Exam on December 25

NEW DELHI: The application form of Combined Paramedical, Pharmacy and Nursing Entrance Test - CPPNET 2021 has been released on the official website - upums.ac.in. Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) conducts the CPPNET exam for admission to 760 seats. The eligible candidates can fill UPUMS application form 2021 for CPPNET till December 15. UPUMS CPPNET 2021 exam will be held on December 25 in computer based mode.

CPPNET 2021 eligibility criteria

Aspirants must fulfill the CPPNET eligibility criteria before applying for the entrance exam. Check the basic eligibility conditions here.

• Minimum age should be 17 years for all courses

• The maximum age limit for BSc Nursing, Diploma in GNM or ANM is 35 years

• The age relaxation for reserved category and sponsored candidates will be as per the state government rules

How to fill UPUMS application form 2021

• Go to the official website - upums.ac.in

• Click on ‘CPPNET-2021’ link available on the right-top corner

• Then, click on ‘New user registration’ link

• Read the instruction carefully and proceed

• Enter personal details like name, parent’s name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID

• CPPNET application number will be displayed on the screen which must be noted

• Verify the filled in personal details which will be displayed on the screen

• Click on ‘Go to application form’ to complete the registration process

• Submit the personal, address, qualification details

• Fill the preferences of courses for admission to CPPNET-2021

• Provide five choices of CPPNET test centres

• Upload the passport size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, high school certificate and marksheet, intermediate certificate and marksheet

• Pay the UPUMS application fee in online mode using debit/credit cards or net banking

• Preview the CPPNET-2021 application form and then submit it

• Take printouts of the confirmation page for future use

Note: Candidates can choose a total of 17 preferences of courses while filling the application form.

What after CPPNET 2021 registration?

Once the registration is over, UPUMS will release CPPNET admit card 2021 on the official website. CPPNET-2021 exam will be held in 18 exam centres. Aspirants must carry the admit card of CPPNET 2021 along with other relevant documents at the exam centre. The detailed name and address of exam centre allotted will be mentioned in the hall ticket.
