CSIR NET Admit Card December 2025: Candidates can download their admit cards using their application number and password at csirnet.nta.nic.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) - University Grants Commission -National Eligibility Test (UGC NET 2025) admit cards for the December 2025 session. Candidates can download the CSIR NET 2025 admit card through the official website at csirnet.nta.nic.in.
Candidates can download their CSIR UGC NET December 2025 admit cards by logging in using their application number and password on the NTA website. The agency has clarified that admit cards will not be sent by post under any circumstances.
As per the official schedule, the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 exam will be held on December 18. The test will be conducted in two shifts — Shift 1 from 9 am to 12 noon and Shift 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm. Subjects scheduled for the examination include Life Sciences; Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences; Chemical Sciences; Mathematical Sciences; and Physical Sciences.
Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the CSIR UGC NET December 2025 admit card.
The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode to determine the eligibility for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and appointment as Assistant Professor, appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to PhD, and admission to PhD only in Indian universities and colleges.
“Issue of Admit Card, however, will not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility, which shall be further scrutinised at subsequent stages of the admission process. Candidates are advised to preserve a copy of their Admit Card and keep it in good condition for future reference,” the official notice said.
