NTA begins CUET PG 2026 registrations; apply by January 14

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started accepting applications for the Common University Entrance Test - Postgraduate (CUET-PG 2026) from today, December 14. Eligible candidates can apply for CUET PG 2026 on the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/, by January 14.

NTA will open the window to make corrections in the CUET PG application form 2026 from January 18 to January 20. The NTA CUET PG 2026 exam will be held in March 2026.

CUET PG 2026 exam centre details, date, and shift timings will be indicated on the admit card.

Applicants must make sure that the email address and mobile number provided in the online application are their own or their parents, as all the information will be sent by NTA to the registered email address or mobile number only.

CUET PG 2026

A total of 157 subjects are offered for the CUET PG 2026 exam. The participating universities will admit students to PG courses based on CUET scores. The exam will be held across 292 cities, including 16 cities outside India.

NTA conducts CUET PG 2026 exam for candidates seeking admission in central universities (CUs) or other participating universities, including state, deemed, and private universities across the country.

Last year, over 6 lakh candidates registered for the exam, of whom 5,23,032 appeared for the CUET PG 2025 exam, marking the overall attendance of nearly 80%.

Recently, NTA has issued an advisory for CUET UG 2026 applicants to update their Aadhar, UDID, and category certificate before registration to avoid any discrepancies, grievances, or rejection at a later stage.
