CTET 2022 notification, application form date likely to be released soon at ctet.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to release the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2022 notification soon, suggests reports. Once the CTET notification 2022 and application form are out, candidates can apply for CTET 2022 at ctet.nic.in.

The CTET 2022 application form date will be mentioned in the notification. CTET exam includes two papers. The first paper is for the candidates who wish to teach in Classes 1 to 5, and the second paper is for those who wish to teach in Classes 6 to 9. The CTET exam is conducted two times a year in 20 languages, and the validity of the CTET score is for a lifetime.

CTET 2022 eligibility criteria

To be eligible for applying to CTET 2022, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Candidates should have passed Class 12 with at least 50 percent marks.
• Candidates who wish to teach for Classes 1 to 5 should have passed or should be appearing in the final year of either a two-year diploma in elementary education or a four-year bachelor of elementary education.
• Candidates who wish to teach for Classes 6 to 9 should be a graduate with a two-year diploma in elementary education or one-year BEd or four-year BElED.

CTET 2022 Application Form: Steps to apply

Aspirants can follow the below-given instructions to fill out the CTET 2022 application form:

• Visit the CBSE's official CTET website -- ctet.nic.in.
• Click on the CTET registration link from the homepage of the CTET website.
• Enter the required details for registration.
• Fill out the detailed application form and upload the required documents in scanned format.
• Pay the application fee and press on submit button.
• Download the filled CTET 2022 application form in PDF format or take a printout for future references.
