NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) held the 17th edition of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on Sunday, August 21. The CTET 2023 exam was conducted for two papers -- paper 1 (for Class 1 to 5) and paper 2 (for Class 6 to 8). The CTET 2023 result along with the answer key will be announced very soon. The CTET 2023 July exam marksheets and eligibility certificates will also be made available in digital format through DigiLocker.

Before the announcement of CTET 2023 results, the CBSE will issue the provisional answer keys and candidates can challenge the answer keys within a stipulated time. The final CTET answer key July 2023 exam will be made available after considering the paid challenges.

The CBSE will display the link of question paper attempted by the candidates on the application login on the CTET website -- ctet.nic.in after a week of conduct of examination, a CBSE statement said.

The validity of the CTET 2023 qualifying certificate for appointment will be for life time for all

categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET certificate, CBSE added, saying that a person who has qualified CTET may also appear again for improving the CTET score.

CTET 2023 July had two question papers. While question paper-1 sought to ensure the eligibility of teachers for Classes 1 to 5, the paper-2 ensured the eligibility of teachers for Classes 6 to 8.

The CTET 2023 exam this year was held in 3,121 test centers at 136 cities across India for over 29 lakh candidates. As per CTET 2023 exam analysis by students appearing the test, questions from almost all the topics were asked in all subjects. Some of the students analysed the mathematics paper moderately difficult in both the CTET paper 1 and 2.
