CTET exam pattern 2023 as per CBSE will have two papers; paper 1 and paper 2. • Exam Centres: Last year, the CTET 2023 exam was conducted at 211 exam cities across the country. This year, the CTET exam 2023 is being conducted in 184 exam cities.

There is no negative marking in CTET 2023 which means that no mark will be deducted for giving a wrong answer in the exam. This allows candidates to attempt even those questions whose answers they are not sure about. 

CTET 2023 tomorrow; marking scheme

The qualifying marks for CTET 2023 are 60 percent of the total marks. The CTET exam is conducted for 150 marks, therefore, candidates need to score at least 90 marks in the exam in order to be eligibile.

CBSE activated the CTET admit card 2023 download link on August 18, 2023 in online mode on the official website at ctet.nic.in. Candidates should download the online CTET admit card and bring it to the exam center along with valide photo ID proof for verification purposes.

Candidates appearing for Paper 1 will have to attempt 150 questions in five sections – child development and pedagogy, language 1, language 2, mathematics and environmental studies. Each question will carry one mark. There will be no negative marking.

As per the CTET exam time duration, both paper 1 and paper 2 will be held for 150 mins. The shift 1 for paper 1 will be held from 9.30 am to 12 noon. The paper 2 will be held from 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm.
