NEW DELHI: The Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET-UG) 2022 examination will be conducted between August 24 and 28 for those candidates who could not attend the CUET UG 2022 due to administrative and technical reasons. New admit cards will be issued for these candidates before the date of the examination, informed the University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar .
During the CUET-UG 2022 second phase , the exams scheduled between August 4 and 6 were postponed to August 12 to 14 for a few examination centres due to administrative and technical reasons. NTA gave an option to the affected candidates to choose dates other than August 12 to 14 if it was not convenient for them. About 15,811 candidates have requested a different date, and many candidates had requested for a change in exam city as the cities allotted to them in the second phase were not convenient to them.
"Considering the above requests, it has been decided that in place of 12 to 14 August 2022, the CUET (UG) – 2022 examination for all these candidates will now be conducted between 24 to 28 August 2022, and fresh Admit Card will be issued well before the date of Examination," tweeted Kumar.
In Phase II of CUET-UG, for a few examination Centres, due to administrative and technical reasons, the CUET (UG) – 2022 examinations earlier scheduled between 04 to 06 August 2022 were postponed to 12 - 14 August 2022.
