This year, BHU will admit CUET UG 2025 scores for 19 programmes, including Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Medical Technology (Radiotherapy) and Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology.
An analysis of last year’s BHU CUET cut-off for top courses shows that central faculties have higher cut-offs while political science, psychology, and BCom programmes are highly competitive.

Moreover, students who didn’t score high in CUET UG result 2025 can still secure seats in paid fee courses and affiliated colleges having comparatively lower cut-offs.
