NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the exam date and commenced the registration for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2025. As per the schedule, the CUET UG 2025 will be conducted from May 8 to June 1 in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates can fill the CUET UG application form 2025 through the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in.

As per the CUET UG registration dates 2025 , the CUET 2025 application process will conclude on March 22. Instead of separate tests for 33 languages, only 13 will be offered - Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
The University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced significant changes for CUET UG 2025, including a reduction in the number of subjects available for examination.
The subjects for CUET UG have been reduced from 63 to 37, with admissions for programs in the dropped subjects now relying on General Aptitude Test (GAT) scores. A total of 46 universities will take part in the CUET UG 2025 such as Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), University of Delhi, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) and others.
CUET UG 2025 eligibility criteria
Candidates must have passed the Class 12 examination conducted by a recognised state or central board.
Students must have completed an Intermediate or a two-year Pre-University examination from a recognized university or board.
Candidates must have scored at least 50% in your Class 12 boards
You can choose at least three subjects to attempt in the exam
Candidates can't attempt subjects different from the ones you chose in your application forms.

Candidates must have the following documents handy for CUET UG registration 2025.
- Valid email address and phone number
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets
- Scanned photograph in JPG/JPEG format
- Scanned copy of signature in JPG/JPEG format
- Date of birth certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable) in PDF
- Bank account details for fee payments.
