NTA promises to address CUET UG 2026 allotted exam centre concerns; opens facility for scribe details

CUET Exam Centre 2026: Upon receiving several requests from CUET UG 2026 applicants regarding the allotted exam centres, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has promised candidates a resolution soon. As per the NTA’s posts on X, the testing agency is “actively working” to address the problems and will provide a “possible solution” soon to CUET UG 2026 test takers.

Also, NTA has opened the facility for physically disabled candidates to fill in the details of the scribe on the CUET 2026 official portal, cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have opted for the scribe facility earlier can fill in the details of the scribes from today onwards till May 5.

NTA will conduct the Common University Entrance Test-Under Graduate (CUET UG 2026) exams from May 11 to 31 in computer-based test (CBT) mode in multiple shifts, covering 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, along with the general test.

CUET UG 2026: How to fill scirbe details

The steps to fill in the CUET UG 2026 scribe details are as follows.

• Click on the examinationservices.nic.in and log in using the application number and password
• Click on the 'Register Scribe Details' button on home page.
• The option will be visible only to those candidates who have opted for their own scribe and plan to provide details during exam city intimation.
• Choose the scribe option and enter details as applicable.
• Once submitted, it will be reflected in the 'View Application Form' link on the left-hand side of the home page and on the confirmation page.

NTA has already issued the CUET UG 2026 exam city slip to candidates, and the admit card is yet to be published.
