NEW DELHI: The Delhi University (DU) will follow an online admission process this year just like last year to admit students for the academic year 2021-22. The university will release the first cut-off list and DU admission 2021 date soon. students might be confused and concerned about the process of taking admission. Due to the pandemic situation, DU has made the whole process of Delhi University admission 2021 online.

Through the admissions process of DU, students who meet the DU cut off 2021 can register and apply online at the websites of the college or department in the course they want to take admission in, without visiting the colleges physically.

While in the previous years, students had to visit colleges of their choice for admission, this year they can take admission without going to the colleges. Each college of Delhi University will issue a set of guidelines for admitting the students through online mode. Last year, different departments and colleges had also set up grievance redressal cells to address students’ concerns regarding the DU UG admission process.

DU Admission 2021: Steps to follow

  • Check the course-wise DU cut-offs 2021 online
  • Select the college and course you want to take admission in
  • Visit the official website of the college you have selected
  • Register online at the college website
  • Fill the required details and upload the documents in DU admission form 2021
  • Submit the DU form 2021 to secure a seat in the college of your choice

DU will verify the documents uploaded by the students during the online admission process and will approve the admission at the selected college after examining everything. Candidates have to pay the admission fee after they are shortlisted for DU UG admission 2021 via online mode only.

DU has completed undergraduate registrations and more than 2 lakh students have registered for admissions. It will most likely release its first cut-off list for admissions to various UG programmes on October 1. According to the experts, the cut offs are expected to rise as more students scored above 95% this year in comparison to the last year.
