Download NowThe University of Delhi (UoD) has invited applications for its Vice Chancellor Summer Internship 2026. Delhi University students can apply for the Vice Chancellor Internship Scheme: Summer Internship 2026 through the official website at dsw.du.ac.in by April 27.

The University of Delhi Dean Students’ Welfare Office, through an official statement, said that the DU VC’s Summer Internship will be conducted for two months, from June to July 2026.
Recently, the university announced plans to allow UG students to spend one semester at a foreign institution of higher education. The programme has been named as “ Semester Away Programme ” (SAP) and the university held a meeting on Wednesday to plan it out.
The objective behind the SAP is to equip DU students with better exposure, range of multidisciplinary approaches, teaching methods, research, internships, projects and worldwide connections.
DU VC Summer Internship 2026: Eligibility, stipend
As per the eligibility, only Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students at Delhi University students from any stream are eligible to apply for the DU VC’s Summer Internship 2026.
Notably, final year or final semester students from the university are not eligible for the summer internship programme.
The DU VC’ Summer Internship is a regular 20-hour per week programme, where students will be provided with a stipend of Rs 11,576 per month. After the completion of the summer internship programme 2026 tenure, students will be provided with a certificate from the dean of students’ welfare.
The DU Vice Chancellor’s Summer Internship Scheme is held for UG, PG students to provide them with hands-on administration and institutional experience during their academic tenure.
