DU Admission 2021: Last year’s cut-offs for BA English in Delhi University

NEW DELHI: The Delhi University offers admission to its undergraduate courses based on multiple cut-off lists, or lists of minimum scores at which admission is granted. Last year, the first cut-offs for admission in BA (Hons) English in Lady Shri Ram College for Women and Miranda House was 99 percent.

The lowest cut-off for admission in BA (Hon) English was 90 percent at Satyawati College Evening. However, the board exam results indicate that DU cut-off 2021 is likely to increase over last year’s.

Lady Shri Ram college for Women had high cut-offs in practically all courses including BA (Hons) Economics and BCom (Hons).

The admission process for undergraduate and postgraduate courses began on July 26. Candidates can fill their DU admission form 2021 till August 31 for undergraduate courses and August 21 for postgraduate courses.

For undergraduate programmes students need to have passed Class 12 and meet the eligibility criteria and the cut-offs declared by the colleges. The DU admission process will be entirely online as it was last year with most details available on its official website, du.ac.in.

DU offers roughly 70,000 seats in undergraduate courses and an undergraduate English programme is offered by nearly all colleges.

The tables show last year’s lowest and highest cut-offs for admission in BA (Hon) English for general category. The DU cut-offs for reserved category students are typically lower.
