The university has not notified any dates for DU PG admissions 2026; however, it said candidates seeking admission to its two-year PG programmes across UoD departments, colleges, and Non-Collegiate Women Education Board (NCWEB) must appear for the CUET PG.
One-year PG programmes will be offered only to students who have completed a four-year bachelor’s degree under the National Education Policy (NEP) from Delhi University. Students who studied four-year bachelor’s courses from other states or universities will not be eligible.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) recently opened the CUET PG registration portal for the upcoming academic year. Candidates will be allowed to submit their application forms by January 14 on exams.nta.nic.in/cuet-pg/.
Over 6 lakh candidates appeared for the CUET PG exam and around 70,000 students applied for DU PG admissions last year.
The CUET PG exam date 2026 is yet to be announced. However, the NTA said that the national-level college entrance exam will be conducted for 157 subject papers as a computer-based test (CBT). The number of exam cities has been reduced from 312 to 292, while the number of choices was first reduced to two and later increased to four.
Delhi University has over 6.5 lakh students enrolled in 16 faculties, 86 departments, and 91 colleges.
