NEW DELHI: University of Delhi today announced that a total of 2,45,273 students registered for phase 1 completed Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) phase 1 registrations today, August 9 till 4:30 pm. Out of the total applicants, 180,109 candidates have moved forward to DU CSAS phase 2, where they have provided their course preferences.
A significant highlight of this year’s DU UG CSAS application process is the record number of preferences submitted by certain candidates. Some eligible candidates have listed as many as 1,507 preferences to secure admission in one of their desired courses.
The most sought-after honours programs for DU CSAS admissions 2024 are:
"This data is till 4:30 PM August 09, 2024. It is subject to change as the CSAS Phase II will close at 11:59 pm, August 09, 2024", the university said.

Candidates can now enter the course and college preferences till August 9 upto 11: 59 pm. Registered candidates who have completed the DU CSAS 2024 phase 1 can enter the course preferences through the official website, admission.uod.ac.in. The preferences will be auto-locked after August 9, 2024 (11:59 pm). Candidates will not be able to add/modify/delete the preferences once the window is closed.
