DU UG Admission 2022: Online window to upgrade course, college opens today
DU will release the 2nd merit list on October 30. Candidates can accept the allocated seat against the DU 2nd merit list from October 31 to November 1 at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.

NEW DELHI: Delhi University (DU) will open the online window to re-order higher preference for courses and colleges today, October 26 at 10 am. The facility to upgrade the higher preferences of courses and colleges will be available till October 27.
Only the candidates who have taken the admission in CSAS round 1 can opt for upgrade and re-ordering their higher preferences during this period. The university will also release the vacant seats left after the first round of CSAS admission 2022 today at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
Choosing the 'upgrade' option will mean that the candidate consents to consideration of an offer of admission to a programme + college combination of their higher preference in the subsequent round. "The candidate's current admitted seat will be auto-cancelled if the new preference is allocated.

Around 72,800 candidates, out of 80,164, have accepted the college and course allotted to them in the university’s first round of CSAS seat allocations. 59,100 students have paid the DU admission fee and secured the seats by the end of CSAS round 1 seat allotment.
The second merit list of DU will be released on October 30, 2022. Candidates will be able to accept their allocated seats from October 31 to November 1, 2022. DU will also be opening a mid-entry window for UG programmes from November 5 to November 7, 2022 during CSAS round-3. Classes for the 2022-23 academic year will begin on November 2, 2022.
In CSAS round-1 seat allocation, Delhi University rejected reserved category candidates who did not submit their category certificates in the university's prescribed format. CSAS round-2 will consider these candidates for unreserved seats.
