The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will issue the pass certificates in person for candidates who qualified in the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) December 2025 session at its Dwarka office between February 23 to April 14.

The FMGE Dec 2025 exam was held on January 17. Of the total 42,872 candidates who appeared for the exam, only 10,262 candidates (23.95%) cleared the exam. The remaining 32,604 candidates — over 76% — failed to qualify the exam, as per the FMGE December result data.

The NBE clarified that pass certificates will not be dispatched by post and should be collected physically from its office at PSP Area, Sector 09, Dwarka, New Delhi, as per the date and time specified on the candidates’ entry slip. The FMGE entry slip for collecting the certificate has been issued on the official website, natboard.edu.in.

Qualified candidates should report strictly according to their allotted time and slot and carry all original certificates, along with the printed copy for the entry slip. The FMGE certificate will be issued only after verification of identity, including biometrics or face ID, it said.

Those who are unable to collect their certificates on the assigned date are required to seek prior approval for a revised schedule through the NBEMS Communication web portal after April 14.

Further, the board said that candidates must collect their pass certificates within six months from the date of result declaration, before July 29. “Failing this, their candidature and result for FMGE December 2025 shall be deemed cancelled, and no further opportunity shall be granted,” it said.
