FMS Placements 2023: 100% students placed; highest domestic CTC at Rs 1.23 crore

FMS Delhi placement saw an average CTC of Rs 34.1 lakh. 63 offers in consulting domain. 110 companies made 283 offers.
NEW DELHI : All 269 students of the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, who participated in the placements 2023 have been placed successfully marking 100 percent placements this year. There are a total of 273 students in the FMS Delhi 2021-23 batch. The highest domestic CTC received by students stood at Rs 1.23 crore while the highest average CTC remained Rs 34.1 lakh per annum (LPA).
97% of the total offers received by FMS students are above Rs 20 lakh while there has been a 19% increase in finance roles. The top 10% students received an average salary of Rs 68.16 lakh salary while the average CTC of top 25% stood at Rs 51.67 lakh. The top 50% students grabbed Rs 43.03 lakh as average salary package. The average CTC for the top 100 stood at Rs 46.1 lakh. In all, 50% of the batch secured over Rs 30 lakh.

A total of 110 companies participated in the placement drive and made 283 offers across sales and marketing; IT, analytics or operations; finance; and consulting, general management, or strategy.
In sales and marketing, participating firms included Airtel, Amazon, Asian Paints, Cipla ,Colgate, Palmolive, Cummins, Dabur, Dr. Reddy’s, HCCB, HUL, ITC, Mars, Mondelez, Nestle, Pidilite, Pernod Ricard, Reckitt, and Samsung.

IT, analytics or operations saw the participation of e-commerce companies such as Amazon, American Express, Appario Retail, Atlassian, EXL, Flipkart, Go-MMT, Jio Platforms, Magic bricks, Media.Net, Microsoft, Ofbusiness, Optum, Paytm, Piramal, Winzo Games, Wipro, and Zomato.
Domain-wise, the highest offers were made in consulting domain, 63, followed by finance with 37 offers, IT, analytics, or operations with 33 and sales and marketing with 29.
