GATE 2024: Window for new two-paper combination opens at gate2024.iisc.ac.in

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Science Bangalore (IISc Bangalore) has opened up several new two-paper combinations in addition to the previously announced combinations (during the regular/extended registration periods). Candidates can check the new two-paper combinations through the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

As per the schedule, candidates can add or change paper combination from November 11 to November 17, 2023. Candidates should note that they can add a new second paper at the regular application fee (applicable to those who had registered for only one paper); or — Change the second paper at no extra cost (applicable to those who already had registered for two papers).

"Please be informed that this option can be exercised only ONCE for each applicable during 11-17 Nov 2023," GATE 2024 said on X.

GATE 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on February 3, 4, 10 and 11 for admission to engineering, technology, science, architecture, and humanities. Candidates can edit the details in the submitted GATE application form 2024 by paying an extra fee on the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

Candidates will be able to edit name, date of birth, exam centre, exam paper, gender, category and address. Over 7 to 10 lakh students appear in the GATE 2024 exam. Last year approximately 7 lakh students registered for the GATE exam, of which around one lakh students qualified.
