NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur has conducted the GATE ECE 2022 exam in the forenoon shift today. The ECE paper of GATE 2022 was held right at the proposed time from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. According to the student’s responses, the overall difficulty level of the GATE 2022 ECE exam was moderately difficult. The previous year’s GATE ECE cut off marks was 25 for general candidates, 22.5 for OBC-NCL/EWS, and 16.6 for SC/ST/PWD.

Candidates can check the minimum marks to qualify for the GATE 2022 exam with the help of the GATE 2022 cutoff. The qualified candidates can apply for admissions for post-graduation in colleges accepting GATE scorecards. Also, candidates can apply for PSU recruitment through GATE.

GATE EE paper analysis 2022

As per the students reaction, the overall difficulty level of GATE ECE 2022 was moderately difficult. The aptitude asked in the exam was quite easy. GATE EE 2022 question papers comprises 33 MCQ and 18 NAT questions. EDC was quite difficult and lengthy. This is the first time the exam authority has asked MSQ question in ECE paper.

GATE 2022 ECE expected cut off

The authorities consider various factors while preparing the cutoff such as level of difficulty, the total number of candidates appeared for GATE ECE 2022 exam, the total number of M.Tech seats available for the current year, and cutoff trend. The GATE Electronics and Communication Engineering cutoff is going to be available on March 17, along with the GATE result 2022. Till then, candidates can check the GATE Electronics and Communication Engineering previous year cutoff for reference.
