IIT Guwahati issues GATE final answer key for 30 subjects at goaps.iitg.ac.in

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has issued the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) final answer key 2026. Candidates can download the GATE 2026 final answer key on the official website, goaps.iitg.ac.in, through the login. GATE Result 2026 Live Updates

Candidates can calculate their probable scores using the GATE answer key 2026. IIT Guwahati is expected to announce the GATE 2026 result on March 19, as per the schedule on the official website.

As per the GATE 2026 marking scheme, there will be no negative marking for NAT questions; only multiple-choice questions (MCQs) will have negative markings.

Candidates can calculate the total number of correct answers, allocate marks, and then calculate their overall marks to get their probable GATE 2026 score.

• MCQ Marks: Total marks (1 mark) + Total marks (2 marks).
• Total marks (1 mark) = 1 x no. of correct attempts – 1/3 x no. of wrong attempts.
• Total marks (2 marks) = 2 x the number of correct attempts – 2/3 x the number of wrong attempts.
• NAT Marks: Total marks (1 mark) + Total marks (2 marks)
