A total of 1,415 candidates are eligible for BE admissions including provisionally eligible ones. The BE eligibility list mentions registration number, JEE Main application number, category, Class 12 scores, JEE Main 2025 rank, and eligibility status. DTE informed that the merit list and Goa engineering admission 2025 schedule will be announced on the website on June 27.
Candidates are required to check and verify their Class 12 scores, JEE Main rank and categories. In case of discrepancies, if any, they should immediately report to the degree admission committee by 12 noon, June 25 at the DTE in person.
Applicants who have not submitted the photo copy of their original marksheet, need to mandatorily submit the same at DTE Porvorim Goa, in person by 12 noon of June 25, 2025.

Goa BE counselling 2025 will be conducted for a total of 1,800 seats in BE programmes in information technology, computer science and engineering (artificial intelligence and machine learning), computer, electronics and telecommunication, electronics and computer, electrical and electronics, electronics (VLSI design and technology), mechanical, mining, mechanical and automation, and civil.
Goa Engineering Admission 2025: Instructions for aspirants
The directorate has also issued instructions for candidates participating in the engineering degree counselling:
- Candidates must comply with the deficiencies in documents, as listed against their registration number, in the remarks column of the eligibility list. Eligibility status stands valid, only upon compliance with the remarks.
- Candidates listed under Gen, CSP, GN category are required to produce either residence or bonafide for general category, parent’s residence or service for CSP category, parents or grandparents’ birth certificate for GN category.
- SC, ST, and OBC candidates listed as ST-M/ST-O, SC-M/SC-O, OBC-C/OBC-M/OBC-O, will not be considered under SC, ST, and OBC, owing to their (M) migrant or (O) outside state status or C (creamy for OBC) status. Only non-migrant SC, ST, and OBC applicants, submitting caste certificates issued by specified authorities (deputy collector) in Goa state are eligible to be considered for admissions to seats reserved for these categories. Caste certificates
- issued by authorities from outside Goa state are not valid for the purpose of availing reservation in admission to professional courses. However, such certificates will be considered for the purpose of eligibility only.
- EC mentioned in the remark column means that eligibility certificate needs to be produced from Goa University.
- Compliances received after 12 noon on June 23 are not reflected on the eligibility list. However, they will be incorporated in the merit list, which applicants may duly verify.
- Applicants who do not find their registration number, should report to DTE immediately.
- Applicants who have the remark Proper IC against their registration number in the remarks column, need to produce proper income certificate in specified format as detailed in the prospectus, for availing tuition fee waiver seat or fee concession.
