NEW DELHI: The government fact check has warned candidates of a fake Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY) website. The fake website, the government fact check says has been inviting applications against vacancies in RSBY and demanding fee of Rs 600 from candidates.
Confirming that the RSBY scheme has been subsumed under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) and posts in RSBY are filled through the administration division of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW), the Press Information Bureau said: “A fake website 'https://rsby.ind.in/vacancies' is inviting applications in the name of Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana and is asking for a fee of Rs 600.”

“The scheme has been subsumed under AB-PMJAY. Posts in RSBY are filled through the Admin Division of MOHFW,” it added.

According to the fake website, as many as 189 assistant- level and 196 multitasking staff posts are vacant and it says that applications for the vacant posts are underway and will continue till March 5 (5 pm).
