Great Lakes PGPM Placements 2021-22: Average salary up 29% this year

Accenture, Cognizant, Deloitte, Paytm, Genpact, Infosys, and more renowned companies visit the Great Lakes campus this year for placement for batch 2021-22.
NEW DELHI: Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon has successfully conducted the placement drive for PGPM for a batch of 2021-22. As per the Great Lakes placement report 2021-22, the average CTC increased to 15.6 lakhs from 12.1 lakhs the previous year - a growth of 29% from the previous year. The highest CTC offered at this placement drive is Rs 19.3 LPA.
Companies such as Accenture, BYJU'S, Cognizant, Deloitte India, Deloitte USI, Droom, Genpact, Great Learning, Infosys, KPMG India, L&T Infotech, Paytm, TCS, Tiger Analytics, Virtusa participated in the Gurgaon campus placement and recruited students across various domains.
Great Lakes placement 2021-22: Key highlights
Consulting (41%) was the largest recruitment sector, followed by IT/ ITES (30%) and Fintech (18%). Check out the statistics from the Great Lakes PGPM placement report below.

The largest recruitment company for PGPM is Accenture with 32 offers and Deloitte with 30 offers.

The maximum domestic CTC issued by a leading multinational consulting firm is Rs 19.3 lakhs per annum.

The average CTC offered to the class of 2021-2022 was Rs 15.6 Lakhs

The average post-MBA CTC is 3.13 times higher than the pre-MBA CTC for the PGPM class of 2022.
