NEW DELHI: The Admission Committee for Professional Courses has announced the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 counselling dates. The GUJCET 2025 counselling will be conducted in three rounds. The GUJCET 2025 counselling registration for admissions begins on March 24, at 2 pm. The GUJCET 2025 counselling registration deadline is May 20, 5 pm.

Candidates are required to upload the required documents and pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 350 to complete the GUJCET 2025 counselling registration.

The GUJCET 2025 counselling merit list will be out on June 3. As per GUJCET 2025 counselling schedule, the revised final list of institutes and seat matrix will also be announced on June 3. The GUJCET 2025 exam will be conducted tomorrow, March 23. The GUJCET 2025 admit card is available on the official website, gujcet.gseb.org.

GUJCET 2025 Counselling Schedule: Seat allotment dates

The GUJCET 2025 allotment result dates are as follows

  • GUJCET 2025 first allotment- June 13
  • GUJCET 2025 second allotment- July 9
  • GUJCET 2025 third allotment- July 21
  • College reporting and remaining fee payment deadline- August 1

GUJCET Counselling 2025: Eligibility criteria

For 95% of the seats in government and grant-in-aid institutions and 50% of seats in Unaided institutions, candidates are required to have completed Class 12 from recognized board in Gujarat and should have appeared for GUJCET 2025.

For 5% of the seats in government and grant-in-aid institutions, candidates from schools across India who have appeared for JEE Main 2025 are eligible.

For notified centre of excellence government seats, candidates are required to have completed their education from a school affiliated with a recognized board in Gujarat and must have appeared in the relevant entrance examination.

Minimum qualification for admission

Candidates seeking admission to engineering colleges in Gujarat are required to have cleared Class 12 with 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in the subjects specified by AICTE and the Government of Gujarat.

GUJCET 2025 Counselling: Merit list preparation

The final GUJCET 2025 counselling merit list will be out on June 7. For 5% of seats in government and grant-in-aid institutions, merit will be determined based on the All India Rank (AIR) of JEE Main 2025.

For 95% of government and grant-in-aid seats and 50% of unaided institution seats, the merit list will be prepared based on 50% weightage from Class 12 percentile scores in mathematics, physics, chemistry and 50% weightage will be given to GUJCET 2025 percentile in the corresponding subjects.
