NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana has announced that it will conduct the document verification for round-1 of the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) UG counselling 2022 tomorrow, November 8. Haryana NEET counselling 2022 document verification was cancelled earlier due to the ongoing protest against the MBBS bond policy.

The officials also announced the change in the counselling venue due to the protest. The Haryana NEET UG counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS in government and private medical colleges in the state will not be held in PWD resthouse, Gurugram. “In case there is a protest in Gurugram, or the counselling process is not able to continue in Gurugram, the counselling venue will be shifted to Delhi or Panchkula.

The schedule for first round of admission to MBBS, BDS courses in government colleges and private medical colleges including those under SGT University, Budhera Gurugram, PDM University Bhahadurgarh, Jhajjar and Al-Falah University was announced today. The document verification will conclude on November 12.

The last date of joining at the allotted institute is November 14, 2022. DMER requested candidates to regularly visit the website of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak www.uhsr.ac.in. and admission webportal – hry.online-counselling.co.in as well as website of DMER Haryana for updates.

The MBBS students have been protesting against the bond policy of Rs 10 lakh for taking admission in government medical colleges. The Federation of Resident Doctors’ Association (FORDA) also staged a nationwide black ribbon protest today against brutality towards Haryana MBBS students.

Haryana NEET UG counselling 2022 round 1 document verification was earlier scheduled from November 2 to November 6.
