NEW DELHI: Government and private schools in Haryana will be reopening from December 1, the state’s education minister Kanwar Pal Gurjar announced on Thursday night. The COVID protocols will be followed as before. He also mentioned in the tweet that in case of a Covid-19 emergency in future, the government will take precautionary measures accordingly regarding schools.
1 दिसंबर से हरियाणा के सभी सरकारी व प्राइवेट #स्कूल पूरी क्षमता के साथ खुलेंगे। कोविड प्रोटोकॉल की अनुपालना पहले की तरह की जाती रहेगी। यदि भविष्य में कोविड से जुड़ी कोई समस्या दोबारा खड़ी होती है तो सरकार इस संबंध में तत्काल निर्णय लेगी।।

Meanwhile, the Goa government has allowed school reopening in the state for Classes 7 and 8 from November 25, the Times of India reported. The Maharashtra Cabinet has also allowed the reopening of schools for Classes 1 to 4 in rural areas and 1 to 7 in urban areas in the state from December 1. Education minister Varsha Gaikwad had announced this on social media.
