Students who failed in one or two subjects can apply for supplementary exams. Haryana Board gives a second opportunity to students to appear for the board exam. Students can apply for the HBSE 10th compartmental exams in June, and the results will be declared in July 2025. 

After the HBSE Class 10th results have been declared. Students will have access to HBSE Class 10 marksheets from their respective schools tentatively in July 2025. For their higher studies, students can choose their stream from science, commerce and arts as per their interest.

More than 2.5 lakh students will be checking their HBSE Class 10 board result 2025 marks today at 12.30 pm. The HBSE 10th results 2025 will be declared online on the official website, bseh.org.in. However, the official website may face technical issues due to high traffic. In such cases, students will be able to check their marks through SMS facility and on DigiLocker or indiaresults.com. 

The Haryana Board of School Education (BSEH) provides a second opportunity for students who fail in one or more subjects to improve their marks. The HBSE Class 10th compartment exam 2025 is expected to be held in June. Students will also be allowed to apply for revaluation of the Class 10 results.

For the Haryana Open School (HOS) students, Hindi, English, mathematics, social science, science and technology are compulsory subjects. Punjabi, Sanskrit, Home Science, Urdu, Physical Education, Computer Science are optional subjects and students were allowed to appear for any one.

The Haryana state board awards 5 marks for attendance in Class 10 results 2025. Marks will be given based on the given criteria: 

• Above 75% to 80% - 1 marks
• Above 80% to 85% - 2 marks
• Above 85% to 90% - 3 marks
• Above 90% to 95% - 4 marks
• Above 95% - 5 marks.

The Haryana school board may announce the HBSE Class 10 toppers this year. In 2023, three students - Sonu, Himesha, Varsha - bagged rank 1 by scoring 498 out of 500 marks. Simran and Dipesh Sharma got second place with 497 marks. The third rank was shared by Shivani Sharma, Sweety Kumari, Yashi, Monty, Tamanna, Ashadeep, Dipanshi, Riya, and Jyoti Rani.

For 4 marks- Two SAT exams conducted in a year will carry a weightage of 4 marks.

For 2 marks- Subject teacher assess and give maximum 2 marks for CRP (Classroom Participation).

The Haryana Board conducted the HBSE Class 10th science theory exam for a total of 60 marks, practical exam for 20 marks, and an additional 20 marks for internal assessment. Practical exams had  two experiments of 6 marks each, one activity of 3 marks, practical record of 2 marks, and viva-voce of 3 marks. Students are required to pass in both theory and practical to clear the Class 10 annual exam 2025. 

Students are required to score a minimum passing marks of 33% in theory and practical exam separately. Those who fail to obtain the maximum marks will be placed in compartment.
