HP TET 2021: Last-minute preparation tips

The HP TET 2021 exam is scheduled to be held from July 9 to 12 and it is advisable to check the last minute preparation tips to crack the exam.

NEW DELHI: Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education will conduct the HP TET 2021 exam from July 9 to July 12 for JBT TET (DElEd), Shastri TET, TGT (Non-Medical) TET, Language Teacher (TET), TGT (Arts) TET, TGT (Medical) TET, Punjabi TET, Urdu TET in offline mode. Those appearing for the HP TET 2021 must keep in mind certain last-minute preparation tips to score well.

Some of the important last-minute preparation tips for the HP TET 2021 exam include quick revision, keeping important documents ready such as HP TET admit card and identification proof, sleep and eat well ahead of the exam and report on time to the HP TET test centre.

Focus on quick revision

Since only two days are left for the HP TET 2021 exam to commence, now is the time to quickly revise what one has studied in the past few months. The best way is to flip through the flashcards on which one has prepared the pointers and not go through complete books.

Keep all important documents ready before the HP TET 2021 exam

One should not keep anything pending for the last minute. Candidates must keep the hard copy or the printout of the HP TET admit card ready along with the valid photo identity proof which they need to show at the time of entering the examination centre for verification.

Sleep and eat well before the exam

One should have a good night’s sleep so that the mind is fresh and relaxed on the day of the exam. Also, candidates are advised to have light food and not something heavy.

Report on time to the HP TET test centre

Since the test is conducted in two shifts one must check the timing of their respective exam and secondly reach the test centre at least one hour before the commencement of the exam. In wake of COVID-19, the test authorities are instructed to measure the temperature of the candidate at the entry gate and all the COVID-19 related guidelines have to be followed by candidates as well.
