IAF Agniveer Recruitment 2024: Registration last date extended till February 11

NEW DELHI: The Indian Air Force has extended the online application form-filling date for the Agniveervayu recruitment 2024. Eligible candidates can now apply for IAF Agniveer Vayu recruitment 2024 by February 11. Candidates will have to visit the official website of IAF at agnipathvayu.cdac.in to fill out the application form.

Indian Air Force invites online applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates for selection tests. The IAF Agniveer examination is scheduled to commence on March 17, 2024, onwards. The applicants are required to pay a fee of Rs 550.

“Amend to read the dates of online registration as January 17, 2024 (11 am) to February 11, 2024 (11 pm) for January 17, 2024 (11 am) to February 6, 2024 (11 pm). All the other details in the advertisement remain the same,” reads the notification.

The IAF Agniveervayu selection process will consist of 3 phases - phase 1 will be a computer-based test (CBT), followed by the physical fitness test (PFT) and adaptability tests 1, 2, and medical examination.

IAF Agniveer Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria

Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the IAF Agniveer examination below.

• As per the age limit, candidates born between January 2, 2004, and July 2, 2007 are eligible to apply. In case a candidate clears all stages, then the upper limit as of the date of enrolment should be 21 years.

• Candidates should have passed the intermediate or Class 12 equivalent examination with maths, physics and English from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

• The applicant should have a three-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics or Automobile or Computer Science or Instrumentation Technology or Information Technology) with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English in Diploma Course or intermediate or Class 10.

• Students should have secured 50% marks in English if it is not a subject in the diploma or vocational courses.
