NEW DELHI: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has activated the IBPS Clerk 2024 pre-examination training link today, August 12. The IBPS has hosted the IBPS Clerk 2024 pre-exam training link on the official website at ibpsonline.ibps.in. Candidates can access the pre-examination training till August 17.
Candidates should enter their login details such as registration number and date of birth to access the IBPS Clerk 2024 pre-exam training link. The IBPS preliminary exam is scheduled to be held in the month of August. The IBPS recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 6,128 clerical cadre posts through this exam.
Pre-examination training has been provided to a limited number of candidates belonging to scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), other backward classes (OBC), minority communities, ex-servicemen, and persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD) at select centers. To be eligible for clerk recruitment, candidates must be between 20 and 28 years old as of July 1, 2024. This means they must have been born on or after July 2, 1996, and on or before July 1, 2004.
The recruitment process for IBPS Clerk CRP XIV consists of two phases: the preliminary examination and the main examination. To be selected for a clerical cadre position, candidates must qualify in both exams. IBPS clerk preliminary exam will have 100 questions carrying one mark each. Candidates will incur a penalty of one-fourth of the total marks for each wrong answer. The Mains exam result carries 100% weightage in the final selection.
