IBPS PO 2025: Registration ends on July 22 for bank recruitment; qualification, compensation

IBPS PO recruitment process will include preliminary, main exams, personality test, and interview.
Registrations for the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) - Probationary Officers (PO) will close on July 22, 2025, along with the fee payment window. The last date for printing the application is August 6. Final recruitment will be done after a preliminary examination, main examination, a personality test, and an interview.

To apply for IBPS PO recruitment , candidates have to submit an application fee of Rs 850. The intimation charges for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) categories are Rs 175.
The application form for PO recruitment can be filled on the official IBPS portal, ibpsonline.ibps.in/ibpsjun25. As per the IBPS PO qualifications, candidates need to be citizens of India, Nepal, Bhutan, or Tibetan refugees. Candidates should not be of less than 20 years of age or more than 30 years old, as on July 1, 2025.
IBPS PO aspirants should have a graduation degree in any discipline. The final result should have been declared by July 21, as per the official notification. Candidates should maintain a healthy credit history for selection. This condition does not apply to the candidates who do not have bank accounts.

IBPS PO 2025: Compensation
The scale of compensation for probationary officers ranges from Rs 48,480 to Rs 85,920. The probationary officers selected will be eligible for extra allowances as per the rules of the respective bank.
