ICAI CA Foundation Result Dec 2022 (OUT) Live: 29.25% pass, CA results link at icai.org; toppers, merit list

Candidates who wish to apply for the verification of copies can do so through the official website-- icaiexam.icai.org.

The total number of candidates who appeared in the ICAI CA Foundation exam 2022 is 1,26,015. Out of which 36,864 candidates passed.

CA Foundation May-June session exam form is now available on the official website-icai.org.

The CA Foundation examination will be conducted on June 24, 26, 28 and 30, 2023. The Intermediate exam- Group 1 will be held on May 3, 6, 8 and 10, 2023, and Group 2 will be conducted on May 12, 14, 16 and 18, 2023. The Final exam- Group 1 will be held on May 2, 4, 7 and 9, 2023 while Group 2 exams will be conducted on May 11, 13, 15 and 17, 2023.

The ICAI CA Foundation December exam 2022 was conducted between December 14 to December 20, 2022 at various centres.

ICAI has started the CA May-June 2023 session exams registration process from today, February 3, 2023. Candidates who will be appearing in the CA exam can fill up the application forms through the official website of ICAI. The ICAI CA exam 2023 registration has started today and candidates can submit the application form till March 3, 2023.

The online application will open today, February 3 for May/June session 2023.

ICAI CA result has been released on its official website. Merit list details, result link and other details can be checked here.

ICAI will start the marks verification process for the December 2022 session exams soon. The marks verification process can take up to six to eight weeks. To apply for verification of marks candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps- 

• Candidates are required to submit a handwritten request signed by them along with a demand draft.
• If there is any change in the marks of the candidate, the authorities will refund the money paid for verification.
• The marks verification result will be published on the official website of ICAI.

CA Foundation result December 2022 toppers name is yet to be announced by ICAI. 

• Step 1: Visit the official website- icai.org.
• Step 2: Click on the 'students' tab and then on the announcements section.
• Step 3: Next, click on the ‘CA Foundation result December 2022’ link.
• Step 4: Enter the registration number and roll number.
• Step 5: The CA Foundation result will get displayed.
• Step 6: Download the CA result December 2022 and take a printout of it.

Along with the ICAI CA Foundation December 2022 result the merit list is released at icai.org. Candidates will need to enter their 6-digit roll number to check the merit list.

Candidates who will clear the CA Foundation exam can register for the CA Intermediate course. The exam for CA Intermediate will be held in May 2023. Candidates who will not be able to clear the CA Foundation exam can appear for the next phase exam.

The CA Foundation result Dec 2022 official announcement reads: "The results of the Chartered Accountants Foundation Examination held in December 2022 is likely to be declared on Friday, the 3rd February, 2023 and the same can be accessed by candidates on the website icai.nic.in. It may be noted that for accessing the result at the above mentioned website the candidate shall have to enter his/her registration no. along with his/her roll number".

The ICAI official notice reads: "The results of the Chartered Accountants Foundation Examination held in December 2022 is likely to be declared on Friday, the 3rd February, 2023 and the same can be accessed by candidates on the website icai.nic.in. It may be noted that for accessing the result at the above mentioned website the candidate shall have to enter his/her registration no. along with his/her roll number".

In the previous session, CA Foundation May 2022 result was declared around 9:45 am on August 10.

The CA Foundation December 2022 result will be available at icai.org and icai.nic.in.

The CA Foundation Dec 2022 toppers list will also be announced after the result is out. Along with the toppers list, the CA Foundation pass percentage will also be released.

Candidates who cannot clear the CA Foundation exam on their first attempt can retake the exam. The CA Foundation exam is held twice a year, once in June and then in December.

To qualify for the CA Foundation exam, candidates need to secure a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each paper and an aggregate of 55 per cent in all four papers.

The ICAI CA December exam Papers 1 and 2 were held from 2 to 5 pm while Papers 3 and 4 were held from 2 to 4 pm. In objective type questions of Papers 3 and Paper 4, a negative marking of 0.25 marks was there.

 Candidates will require their registration numbers to check and download the CA result December 2022.

ICAI CA Foundation and the post-qualification exams were conducted from December 14 to December 20, 2022.

Post Qualification Course (PQC) exam results are likely to be declared on Friday, the 3rd February 2023 at the Institute’s office at New Delhi. The ICAI PQC exams are held as:

The ICAI will open the CA 2023 May exam application window tomorrow, February 3.
