ICAI CA Result November 2022: Know CA Inter, Final qualifying marks, pass percentage trends

NEW DELHI:
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi will declare the ICAI result tomorrow, January 10, 2023 for CA Inter and Final examinations held in November 2022. The institute will also release the result analysis and pass percentage soon after the result declaration.

CA Inter, Final qualifying marks
ICAI has set the qualifying criteria for CA Final and Intermediate programmes. As per this, candidates who appeared in November 2022 session exams must secure at least 40% marks in each paper and overall 50% aggregate marks.

CA pass percentage for Intermediate and Final
The result analysis released by the ICAI informs about the CA pass percentage for Final and Intermediate programmes. CA exams are among the most difficult examinations and therefore the pass percentage for the programme remains low. In the previous session, only 13.30% pass percentage was recorded for CA Intermediate Group 1, whereas, CA Final pass percentage in the same group was 21.99%. To get an idea of the trends, candidates can check the pass percentage of previous sessions below.

The CA Final and Intermediate exams were conducted from November 1 to November 17, 2022, in offline mode. The institute may also announce the next CA exam dates for the May 2023 session soon after the result declaration.
