ICSE mathematics, ISC English literature paper today; No change in exam schedule

CISCE is all set to conduct the ICSE 10th maths exam today followed by the ISC English literature paper. There is no change in the exam schedule on account of Eid-ul-Fitr.

Check NowNEW DELHI: The Council For The Indian School Certificate Examinations will be conducting ICSE mathematics, ISC English literature paper today. ICSE 10th maths exam 2022 will begin at 11 am and will conclude at 12:30 pm. Thereafter, CISCE will conduct ISC 12th English paper 2 (literature in English). This exam will be held from 2 pm to 3:30 pm. The board has provided ISC Class 12 English literature specimen question paper .
The council has clarified that there is no change in the ICSE and ISC semester 2 exam on May 2, 2022. The Government of Karnataka has declared May 2, 2022 as a holiday on account of the festival, Eid-ul-Fitr. However, ICSE (Mathematics) & ISC (English Paper 2 - Literature in English) Examinations are scheduled to be held on 2nd May 2022, across India and abroad. The council has said that this exam schedule is fixed as the Central Government had declared May 3, 2022, as a Holiday on account of Eid-ul-Fitr.

“Please note that since CISCE is a National Board with affiliated schools spread across almost every State in India & abroad and keeping in view the interest of all the examinees so as not to cause disruption in the schedule of examination at the last minute, across India and abroad, the CISCE has decided to continue with the examination of the ICSE (Mathematics) & ISC (English Paper 2 - Literature in English) on Monday 2nd May 2022 as originally scheduled,” said CISCE in an official notice.
The board has directed the heads of schools to contact the bank managers of their respective banks and request them to open the bank and allow them to withdraw the Question Papers for the ICSE and ISC Examination scheduled to be held on May 2, 2022.
