ICSI CS Executive, Professional December 2026 exam form out; fees

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has opened the exam enrollment window for the CS Executive and Professional December session 2026 on the official website of icsi.edu. The last date to submit the form is September 25, 2026.

As per the schedule, applicants can enroll with a late fee of Rs 250 per group until October 10, 2026 and make changes in the exam centre, a combination of modules, medium of examination until November 20, 2026.

The last date to clear the pre-test for the December examination for the executive and professional programmes without a late fee is September 24 by 5:30 pm. Applicants who fail to meet the deadline can clear the pre-test with a late fee until October 9, 2026 by 5:30 pm.

ICSI CS Executive & Professional December Session 2026: Steps to fill out form

To fill out the exam form of CS executive and professional, follow the steps given below:

• Visit the official ICSI login page at smash.icsi.edu
• Enter the login details such as registration number and password
• On the homepage, click on the module and then select enrolment, after this choose ‘examination enrolment request’
• Click on the ‘add enrolment request’ option and then enter the details such as country, level of exam, medium of language, module, etc. and proceed forward
• Review all the details and then submit
• Make the payment for either single/both modules
• Download the receipt and take a printout for future reference

ICSI CS 2026: Examination fees and dates

The examination fee for module I of CS executive is Rs 1500, while applicants appearing for module II will have to pay Rs 1500. Those opting for both modules will be required to pay Rs 3000. A late fee of Rs 250 is applicable at all stages. Applicants seeking correction or changes in the exam centre, combination of modules or medium of examination will also have to pay a fee of Rs 250.

The ICSI CS Executive and Professional December session 2026 exam will be conducted from December 21, 2026, to December 28, 2026. The exam timings are from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Aspirants will get 15 minutes extra time for reading the question paper i.e., from 2 pm to 2:15 pm.
