NEW DELHI: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the CS Executive, CS Professional December 2024 result date. The ICSI CS result date 2024 for Executive, Professional December exams is February 25. Candidates will be able to download the ICSI CS 2024 December result by visiting the official website, icsi.edu. The ICSI conducted the CS December 2024 exams from December 21 to 30 in offline mode.
Candidates will be required to enter their roll number and registration number to download the ICSI CS Executive, Professional result 2024. The CS Executive result 2024 timing is 2 pm. On the other hand, the ICSI CS Professional December 2024 result will be declared at 11 am.
As per the ICSI official notice, the CS Professional result-cum-marks statement (Syllabus 2017 & Syllabus 2022) will be sent to candidates at their registered address shortly after the results are announced. If a candidate does not receive the physical copy within 30 days of the result declaration, candidates can reach out to the Institute at exam@icsi.edu with their details.

CS Executive Result 2024: Details mentioned on scorecard
The CS Executive Dec 2024 result will include the following details.
- Candidate’s name
- Candidate’s roll number
- Candidate’s registration number
- Examination name
- Qualifying status
- Subject name and corresponding marks
- Aggregate marks
As per the ICSI passing criteria, candidates are required to secure 40% in each paper and 50% in aggregate to qualify the CS exam 2025.
ICSI CS 2025 exam dates
The ICSI CS Executive 2025 December registration for both modules is underway. The ICSI CS Executive Dec 2025 registration deadline for both modules is May 31. The ICSI CS June 2025 registration will commence on February 26. ICSI CS Executive 2025 June exam is scheduled from June 1 to 8. The ICSI CS Professional 2025 exam is scheduled from June 1 to 10.
