ICSI revises CSEET, CS course fee structure; registration, exam fees hiked

NEW DELHI: Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has revised the CS course fees and CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) registration fees from the academic year 2024. The CSEET registration fee has been increased to Rs 2,000 and CS Executive and Professional course fees have nearly doubled. However, the reservation policy remains the same for all categories.

As per the revised fee structure, candidates will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 2,000 to appear in the CSEET exam, which is conducted to determine eligibility for CS course. The application fee was Rs 1,000 till last year. The optional CSEET classes advance fees, however, remain the same at Rs 1,000.

The institute has also hiked the education fees of CS Executive, Foundation, and Professional, but the registration has been fixed at Rs 2,000.

Earlier this week, the ICSI announced the time table for CS Executive and Professional programmes for the December 2024 session. As per the schedule, the CS exams will commence from December 21.

Candidates who clear CS Executive, will have to pay an education fee of Rs 19,000 and pre-exam fee of Rs 1,000, totalling to Rs 20,000, for CS Professional programme.
