IGNOU Admission 2024: Registration deadline for ODL, online programmes extended till July 15

IGNOU ODL Admission 2024: Eligible students can apply for Government of India Scholarships on the National Scholarship Portal after enrollment.
NEW DELHI: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the registration process for Open and Distance Learning (ODL) admission 2024. Eligible candidates can register for ODL and online programmes by visiting the official website at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
The last date to apply for IGNOU ODL admission 2024 was June 30. IGNOU announced the registration deadline extension on X, stating, "The last date of Admission to all programmes offered in ODL/Online mode for the July 2024 session has been extended till 15th July 2024." Eligible students can apply for Government of India Scholarships on the National Scholarship Portal after confirmation of admission.
IGNOU offers a wide range of programs through ODL such as Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainability Science (PGDSSOL), Post Graduate Diploma Development Communication (PGDDCOL), Post Graduate Diploma Digital Media (PGDIDMOL), Post Graduate Diploma Environmental And Occupational Health (PGDEOHOL), Post Graduate Diploma Journalism and Mass Communication (PGJMCOL).
IGNOU ODL Admission 2024: Documents required
- Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of the following documents while applying for the IGNOU ODL, Online programmes:
- Scanned photograph (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned signature (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned copy of relevant educational qualification (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned copy of experience certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned copy of category certificate, if SC, ST, OBC (less than 200 KB)
IGNOU ODL Admission 2024: Steps to apply
Candidates can follow the steps given below to register for IGNOU ODL July admission 2024.
- Visit the official website, ignou.ac.in.
- On the homepage, look for the “July Admission 2024” link.
- A new page will open where candidates get online and ODL programme links.
- Now, fill out the application form as per the programme and pay the application fees.
- Download the form and take a printout of the same for further reference.
