IGNOU begins re-registration for July 2022 session; apply before June 30

IGNOU July 2022 Session: Students can re-register for various programmes on the official website ignou.ac.in.

NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has commenced the re-registration for the July 2022 session. Interested students can apply for various programmes offered by the university on its official website – ignou.ac.in. The last date to apply for the July 2022 session is June 30.

“With the approval of the Competent Authority, the July 2022 Re-registration Cycle has commenced from May 20. Last date of Re-Registration for the July 2022 Session will be June 30, 2022,” an official statement said.

Steps to re-register for IGNOU July 2022 Session

• Visit the official website -- ignou.samarth.edu.in or ignou.ac.in or onlinerr.ignou.ac.in
• Register with required details and opted course
• Login using the details such as enrollment number
• Fill the IGNOU application form
• Submit and pay the application fee

Meanwhile, IGNOU has further extended the last date to submit assignments for the term-end examination (TEE) June 2022 to May 31. “With the approval of the competent authority, the last date for submission of assignments (both in hard copy and soft copy) for the term-end examination, June 2022 has been further extended till May 31, 2022,” said an official notice from IGNOU.

IGNOU presently offers 281 academic programmes and during the last year it received over 13 lakh registrations and re-registrations from students which is the highest since its inception, University vice-chancellor Nageshwar Rao said in the 35th convocation ceremony.
