IGNOU extends registration deadline for January session 2022 till March 15

Candidates can apply for IGNOU January session 2022 through the official website,ignou.ac.in, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in, ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.
NEW DELHI: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for registration for the January session 2022 till March 15, 2022. Candidates can apply through the official website, ignou.ac.in, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in, or ignouiop.samarth.edu.in.
“The last date of fresh admission and re-registration for both online and online, distance learning (ODL mode) for January 2022 session has been extended till March 15,” IGNOU wrote on Twitter.

The IGNOU January session 2022 registration deadline was recently extended till March 5, but it has been further extended now.
“In a particular admission cycle, facility for fee exemption available to SC/ST students can be claimed for one programme only. If an applicant submits more than one application claiming fee exemption, all the applications shall be rejected,” as per the IGNOU’s official website.

IGNOU January session 2022: Steps to register
- Visit IGNOU registration portal - ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
- Press the “Click here for new registration” tab.
- Enter the required details in the registration form.
- Pay the IGNOU registration 2022 fee in online mode.
- Now, login using the registered email username and password.
- Press the ‘Login’ button. Start filling the IGNOU 2022 application form. Type in the personal and academic details and upload the required documents in prescribed format and size.
- Submit the application form. Take a few printouts and retain the IGNOU application form for future references.
