Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will organise its second mega on-campus recruitment drive of the year on February 25, at the B.R. Ambedkar Convention Centre on its campus for students including undergraduates, diploma holders, graduates, and postgraduates from disciplines such as BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, MCom, and travel and tourism programmes.
The placement drive, coordinated by the university’s Campus Placement Cell (CPC), is open exclusively to IGNOU students and alumni.
In a statement the university said that those enrolled in or having completed certificate courses in home-based healthcare are also encouraged to apply for healthcare roles. Participants are required to carry updated CVs, original government identification, and relevant academic and experience certificates.

The university said in the announcement that the initiative aims to provide employment opportunities across a wide spectrum of sectors, including fintech, information technology, BPO, banking, hospitality, travel and tourism, ed-tech, aviation, and healthcare.
Several leading recruiters are expected to participate, offering industry-aligned salary packages and roles across key job markets such as Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram.
Recruiters will be hiring for diverse positions such as academic counsellors, talent acquisition managers, sales managers, customer care executives, technical support staff, travel executives, tele-sales professionals, backend office interns, aviation ground handling staff, passenger service executives, and healthcare and homecare professionals. The CPC stated that the drive is designed to bridge the gap between learners and employers while creating sustainable career pathways.

Leveraging its nationwide network and industry partnerships, IGNOU aims to expand employment prospects and enhance job readiness among its learners through this initiative.
