IIFT 2019 to be conducted on December 2

NEW DELHI, JULY 17: IIFT Delhi will conduct its national-level management entrance exam IIFT on Sunday, December 2, 2018, for admission to its MBA (International Business) programme at Delhi and Kolkata campuses. The exam is likely to be conducted in more than 20 cities in India. Last year, the exam was conducted in offline (paper-pencil) mode. Prof. Manoj Pant, the Director of the institute, in an interview with Careers360, has hinted that the exam might be conducted in online (computer-based) mode this year. Around 60,000 candidates appear for the exam every year.

As of now, IIFT Delhi has announced the exam date only. The registration for the exam is expected to start in the last week of July 2018. Candidates with a recognised graduation degree of minimum three years can apply for the exam. Interestingly, candidates of any age can apply for the exam. International students/Foreign Nationals/NRI Candidates/Children of NRIs can apply with a valid GMAT score only.

The entrance exam carries multiple choice questions divided into six sections - Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Reading Comprehension, General Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude. The two-hour test will be conducted in 20 cities of India including Ahmedabad, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Lucknow, Chennai, Jaipur etc.

IIFT offers more than 500 seats for both Delhi and Kolkata campus through this exam.
