NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) is now conducting the IIFT 2021 MBA (IB) in computer-based mode today from 3 PM to 5 PM. Candidates are allowed to appear for the exam only if they had got their IIFT admit card 2021 to the exam center. Candidates had arrived at the IIFT 2021 examination center at least one to two hours before the time of reporting. However, there were some late comers who have seen haggling with the authorities as they tried to gain entry since the gate was closed. At least four to five candidates had arrived late at the test centre and there were heated arguments between the parents and the security officials.

Due to the global COVID-19 epidemic, all the rules and guidelines laid down by the government in the IIFT 2021 exam are strictly enforced. Candidates maintained social distancing, wore masks, and also sanitized their hands. Anyone without a mask was not allowed to appear for the exam.

IIFT 2021 exam day prerequisites for entry

Candidates appearing for IIFT 2021 adhered to the following guidelines:

  • Candidates were seen carrying the IIFT MBA (IB) admit card without which they were not allowed to appear for the exam.

  • Most of them arrived well before the scheduled time.

  • Candidates had to submit the duly filled self-declaration form along with the admit card of IIFT.

  • Also, candidates appearing for the IIFT exam 2021 will be allowed entry only if they have a valid proof of identity with them.

    • Aadhar Card

    • PAN Card

    • Voter ID card

    • Driving License

    • Passport

  • Candidates should leave any personal belongings or electronic devices like smartwatches, calculators, mobile phones.

COVID-19 guidelines has following strictly at IIFT test centre

  • Candidates had to follow the social distancing norm while entering the examination hall.

  • Hand sanitizers were kept inside so that students sanitize their hands before entering the IIFT exam centre.

  • Candidates were seen wearing face shields or masks. Those without masks are not allowed to enter the examination hall.

  • Candidates' temperature was checked with thermogun and those with COVID-19 symptoms were not allowed in the examination hall.

  • Candidates carried their own sanitizers and transparent water bottle in consideration of safety measures.
