IIM Ahmedabad Placement: Tata Administrative Services makes highest number of offers

IIM Ahmedabad PGP 2022 batch received highest number of international offers from Emaar
NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad’s second cluster of the final placement process 2021-22 for the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) batch of 2022, which was held on February 11, saw the highest number of domestic offers from Tata Administrative Services (TAS). The highest number of international offers were made by Emaar.
According to a statement released by IIM Ahmedabad, the second cluster of the IIM Ahmedabad final placement drive included mainly six cohorts such as advertising and media, conglomerates, consumer goods and durables, consumer services, pharma and healthcare and retail B2B and B2C.

The highest offers during the second cluster of the placement drive came from consumer goods and durables firms followed by conglomerates. The major recruiters from the consumer goods and durables sector included companies such as Asian Paints, Hindustan Unilever, ITC, Nestle, Coca-Cola, Wipro Consumer Care among others. While Adani Group, Aditya Birla Group, CK Birla Group, Emaar, and Tata Administrative Services were the major recruiters among the conglomerates.
“Having always had a healthy mix of diverse cohorts, a variety of roles were offered across geographies during the Cluster 2. Consumer Goods and Durables firms extended the highest number of offers, closely followed by Conglomerates. This is a reaffirmation of the quality of the MBA program at IIMA,” said the statement.

Companies such as Amazon, Disney Star, Myntra, Nykaa, PharmEasy, Sun Pharmaceuticals Industries Ltd., among others, also made offers to the students of the IIM Ahmedabad PGP 2022 batch.
IIM Ahmedabad will conduct the third cluster of the final placement process on February 14, said the statement.
